- R · What Makes It Special
- Llama-3.3-Nemotron-Super-49B-v1 (March 18, 2025), NVIDIA's reasoning model derived from Meta's Llama-3.3-70B-Instruct: neural architecture search cut it to 49B parameters and shrank its memory footprint so it can run on a single H200 GPU at high workloads. Post-trained with supervised fine-tuning for math, code, reasoning and tool calling plus RLOO and online RPO reinforcement learning, it has a 128K-token context and Reasoning On and Off modes, under the NVIDIA Open Model License.
