- R · What Makes It Special
- Llama-3.1-Nemotron-Ultra-253B-v1, NVIDIA's reasoning model derived from Meta's Llama-3.1-405B-Instruct: neural architecture search and vertical compression cut it to 253B parameters, cutting memory use and latency so it fits on one 8xH100 node. Post-trained with supervised fine-tuning for math, code, reasoning, chat and tool calling and GRPO reinforcement learning, it has a 128K-token context and Reasoning On and Off modes, and is ready for commercial use under the NVIDIA Open Model License.
