- BLOOM-176B, the full 176-billion-parameter BLOOM model from the BigScience collaboration, released in July 2022: an autoregressive transformer with ALiBi positional encodings and about 3.6 billion embedding parameters, trained on 366 billion tokens to write coherent text in 46 languages and 13 programming languages and to handle new tasks cast as text generation. BigScience released its weights under the BigScience BLOOM RAIL 1.0 license.
