- StarCoder 2, BigCode's open code model, in its 15B-parameter StarCoder2-15B version: trained on more than 600 programming languages from The Stack v2, with opt-out requests excluded, plus sources such as arXiv and Wikipedia, using grouped-query attention, a 16,384-token context with 4,096-token sliding-window attention and the fill-in-the-middle objective over more than 4 trillion tokens on 1,024 H100 GPUs. It is not an instruction model and is licensed under BigCode OpenRAIL-M.
