- Evo 2, Arc Institute's open DNA language model, built with NVIDIA and researchers from Stanford, UC Berkeley and UCSF: trained on over 9.3 trillion nucleotides from over 128,000 genomes across all three domains of life, in 40B and 7B versions that read up to 1 million nucleotides with the StripedHyena 2 architecture. Arc reports over 90% accuracy in sorting benign from potentially pathogenic BRCA1 variants; human-infecting pathogens were left out of training, and data, code and weights are open.
